Our Assembly Process

MNP Manufacture Horlogère

Ensuring the Highest Quality

At PATHENGERS, we are dedicated to design and quality. Because of this, we have decided to have our watches assembled and quality controlled by the experts at MNP Manufacture Horlogère.

They handle quantity & quality controls, dials & hands assembly, encasement back closure, water-resistance and functional testing, and the final quality control inspection before completing each watch.

Inspection

Receipt of Components

As soon as they receive the components, they establish a series of procedures to optimize their quality and ensure that they are safely collected. All goods are then checked for quality and quantity.

Storage

Assembly Faciliation

Once all of the goods have passed the quality inspection and quantity check, each piece is then stored in our special boxes to protect them and facilitate their assembly.

Testing & Assessment

Movement Control

The experts at MNP Manufacture Horlogère ensure that the movement of each PATHENGERS watch is 100% accurate. Using a special measuring device, they can check the precision and amplitude of the movement before and after assembly.
